The company was aware of misspelling on the hoodie and still shipped it anyway. They will not offer a refund, instead they will offer a t shirt as a sorry. Their words exactly “We are aware of that design error; however, all of our Love Yourself First hoodies are printed like that--we call it a creative misspelling (aka, our designer will use spell-check from now on). We can offer you a complimentary t-shirt as a token of our apology.”
Very unacceptable, extremely lazy, and poor business practice. These hoodies should not be sold for $55 and have incorrect spelling, seems like they are just hoping no one notices.
